Try the following : 


  • Reconfigure fan speeds again using configuration app.

If it still doesn't work,


  • Open the switchboard and check the the following
    • Dimmer unit for fan is present a 4-5 position of the module.
    • Any loose connections with the gray wire
    • Correct gray wire used (one corresponding to the fan)
    • Brown wires are insulated properly
  • If gray wire connections and dimmer unit positions are proper, then shift the fan connections to other pair of wires of the same dimmer unit. Don't forget to change the gray wire as well.


  • Still there is issue with fan speed, change the dimmer unit.
  • Issue still persists, change the module.
