• Check if these settings are updated inside TV settings - DTH provider, DTH remote name and DTH package.
  • Make sure internet is working on mobile phone.
  • Restart Air app 2-3 times or go back and open entertainment section 2-3 times and wait for 1-2 minutes (sometimes loading is slow depending on internet connection or mobile device)
  • If the issue is still there check after an hour or next day (if possible and not urgent)
  • Check with any different user (try demo room) and see if there is similar issue. If entertainment section in demo room is working then the issue is mostly due to one of the above points.
