1) For Temperature and humidity data to update Air unit should be online for atleast 4 minutes because data gets updated every 4 minutes. So wait for atleast 4 mins to observe any change in Temperature and Humidity data.
2) If in dev charts the temperature and humidity is zero the sensors are defective. Hardware needs to be replaced.
