- Make sure the Air unit is online and check if other controls are working.
- Update the remote settings inside device edit settings and check again.
- Check the remote with IR recorder. If it doesn't work record the remote again.
- While controlling through IR using Air unit see using mobile phone's camera if IR led blinks. If it does not blink then update the remote settings again inside the device edit settings.
- If the IR led in Air unit is blinking correctly and remote is working correctly with IR recorder but not working through Air unit then check the placement of Air unit to direct IR signal towards the Appliance.
